Within this relationship mentors work towards becoming a \u201creference point\u201d or \u201ctouchstone\u201d for participants.<\/p>\n<p>Through the Visions and Voices program, Touchstone also educates communities about Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD).
